The greens have been hollowtined in the last week but according to head greenkeeper Johnny Eager are coming along nicely. This is great news as whilst this does make the greens a little sandy for a week or so it will make the greens run a lot nicer and truer through the coming season.

Drop in Golf Clinic

Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings between 7:30pm and 8:30pm we host our open coaching sessions. These are informal coaching session where we will be on hand to point you in the right direction, pass on some simple swing tips and help you to improve in a more informal group session. The cost of these evening sessions is £5 per person.

We also have our pre-season game enhancer sessions available. These include video analysis, short game, long game and a playing lesson. This equates to over 4.5 hours worth of time with a PGA Professional, to use exactly how your wish. The cost is just £120 and just an additional £30 per person there after up to a maximum of 3 people. Ciaran and Ben from the shop are playing in the North of Ireland Assistants Championship at Shandon Park today. This is Ben's first appearance in the event but Ciaran is the reigning champion winning last years event at St Patrick's Golf Club in Downpatrick. We wish them all the luck.
