Course News
Our Greenkeepers are still working hard getting the outside bays ready for concrete to go down and the new cover to be erected. Hopefully concrete will be down today and cover on sometime in the next week.
It's coming
Christmas that is. Sorry, we know it's only October and we're not saying we're going to decorate the shop just yet, but there are some fantastic new releases arriving in store and if you are one of those organised types who gets thing sorted early, be sure to check out our pro shop.
Here's an idea: if you have your heart set on a new driver, or set of irons, perhaps a new crested club sweater… forward this email to that person who has an interest in what's on your Christmas list and you could be on to a winner!
Talking of winners, there was another victory for one of the game's hottest prospects at the weekend. Following Matt Fitzpatrick's triumph at Woburn, Andy Sullivan cruised to a nine-shot win at the Portugal Masters. You couldn't help but be impressed with the way the 29-year-old went about his business on the final day. Nerves? What nerves.
If you would like to order something in preparation for Christmas or need help with your course management when coming up the last few holes, please click here to send us an email and we will be delighted to offer you some help.

New arrivals...
The new M1 driver has been launched by TaylorMade and it looks like a game changer. It has a carbon fibre crown to reduce the weight, so it can be added elsewhere. The striking contrast between the white and the carbon fibre looks fast, it looks like you could fly it further, we do have a demo in stock, so come in and have a go and see if works for you as I'm sure it will. If Jason Day has it, it can't be bad.
We have also take a delivery of the FootJoy HydroLite golf shoes. FootJoy's eye-catching HydroLite family (includes the SL) offers a range of stable, comfortable golf shoes with the option of seven spiked and three spikeless models
The shoe market has become increasingly diverse over the last few years, but FootJoy has always managed to stay on top of it with new styles and even new categories. So if you want pair that will stand the test of time, come and try these out.
